Faunsdale, AL | Cost is certainly a consideration here. Even today, if you could recover the heat from the exhaust and radiator into the dryer, then it would help the economics of drying grain a lot. LP used to be priced a lot more like the byproduct it is!
My LP fleet are a chore pickup and tractor, and an old C60 seed tender truck, all of which benefit from the gas not going bad. Pickup is on LP because the old gasoline parts did go bad! Used to be dual fueled, but didn’t get enough highway miles to keep the aging fuel pump and TBI injectors in good shape. | |
