Dang, i didnt know about that. Id love to refi, and am looking at those options. I just read up on the conversion w/rural 1st.
I would've fought harder about a late-processed payment recently.
You have to have your previous 12 months "good" to get the adjustment, and I had a user error, probably on me, with the online banking portal and got a fat fee added on my next bill.
