i am assume you have some exposure and knowledge of the oilfield if in ND. anyway my oil producer friend complains like us farmers about someone overproducing. right now its Canada selling Nat Gas at a loss and the Permian basin drilling with an endless supply of $$ and over producing thus making profit a negative.
Grain supply just like the Oil supply?
