Son went through rural 1st. Built new home on 40 acres. Too much acreage to go through conventional home lenders. Think it was ok. Like anything else depends on staff or loan officer to make it a + or - experience. He was however a bit bummed to learn they don’t pay patronage on loan amount like Farm credit does.
