| Farmers are price takers on both sides. Inputs and sales. Oil companies are not. For farmers to really get out of this the government would be wise to finance at 0% cooperatives building fertilizer plants and chemical plants to produce generics. Problem is once that's done the fertilizer and chemical companies will slash prices for 2-3 years to bankrupt them. Back in 2019, 2020 and 2021 FBN and AgVend took it hard to these companies and put the farmer in control. They responded by having retailers block AgVend and pull their products from FBN and AgVend. That was true monopoly collusion control. The result since then has been sky rocketing inputs | |
