Your not wrong but the U.S. dollar being reserve currency puts U.S. producers at premium price. What will happen if we lose reserve currency status? I think we could compete with 3rd world. How come you never hear about those farmers who farm in N.America and in Brazil? Back in the stone ages when printed magazines were king this was a pretty common idea, U.S. farmers starting a Brazilian branch.
