Southern Missouri | Badger ,everyone situation different as we all know but curious if you already have land ownership in same taxable entity as the silver ? If you could get the income level on it below 600000 on married jointly ,looks like instant 5 percent off the 20 , pretty good savings there if a way to get below the 600000 which is easier to do if entity already owns good bit of land ,but as noted your situation may not allow that to be possible,just a thought | |
