Taxes, insurance, electricity, repairs and maintenance, labor, cost of bushels in and out(look at Iowa custom rates for reference), additional trucking, opportunity cost of the land, additional equipment.
My labor and trucking expenses have decreased with storage. In fact we need 1 less person all together.
Whats everyone shoot for on grain bins making per bushel?
