I have put in at over 17 with just air. If it is drying weather they dry easily. If it is not drying weather, get the cold and they will be fine.
I put some in at 17 a few years ago and didn't run the fan much. The top was still 15-16 when they left the next June and were just fine.
Here the dock is pretty rough on wet beans, but I would rather have a heavy dock than loose the beans or even take them in at 8%.
Would you go ahead and cut these beans?
