Northeast Iowa | A recruiter in college in the late 1980's always used to say that when he found out an applicant grew up on a dairy farm, he just offered them the job right away. "I don't need to see a resume to know that you're going to show up on time or probably early, you're not going to need your hand held, and you'll do way more than is expected of you without being told."
None of them needed instructions on how to use a scoop shovel, either. They probably had a brand and handle preference, too.
