I have 6-7 months.  I bought these contracts a few years ago, thinking that I would stand for delivery & hold the physical silver as a hedge.   I am still thinking about standing for delivery.  I would think that until I sell I should be able to not be libel for Capital gains..  Unrealized profits?

no tax yet, but I for damn sure would advise taking at least 400,000 now, use it or lose it type of deal.
