There are barely any shoulders on that road to accomodate a 16' wide combine and if the combine was traveling on the left side of the road and the car was on the right, the car had very little time to make corrections after a curve before impact. All the flashing lights on the combine would not have been visible until the car left the curve. The foliage may be dropped, but there is a lot of small trees right beside the road.
And again, you're making assumptions and making the combine driver guilty based on 2 pictures and Google Streetview without knowing all of the facts.
Hopefully the Indiana State Police is more thorough in their investigation than the Agtalk Highway Patrol is.
