East Central Missouri | Neighbor had this on his laptop, add after add. He had about 25 of them it before he got me to help. I googled the problem and got it to stop. I had to find his key to his windows account or something like that, to get to a spot to change something to get it to stop. Key was over 24 letters, numbers, etc. That was the hardest part for me. He didn't have it and i had to recover it somehow. I'm just computer savy enough to be competent to turn the computer on, haha. I'm not much help but maybe get you going in the right direction or jog the memory of someone much more talented. | |
