Alberta | I usually treat with the IM dose for 3 days then follow up on day 4 with the SQ dose. I can never get them to clear up with a single SQ dose, it always comes back worse a week or 2 later than the first time the calf had it. I also find the same with oxy, (2) 3 day IM doses of LA does the trick or the sub Q LQ each day for the first 3 days then a shot of LA.
