Oil fired water heater, reg 40 gallon with a beckett burner.Couple circ pumps, local Lowes will have a manifold, takes afew days to get slab up to the full temp, will be adequate if building is insulated.
Don't think I have ever seen an oil fired water heater. Oil fired furnaces are a rarity now as well, though the house I grew up in had one at the time. Locally there was an incentive to replacing with electric heat, though on the farm we were fortunate to be able to move to natural gas heat.
