We raise heavy toms commercially. Several years ago, we loaded out a week before thanksgiving and the morning after the last night I found 2 birds walking around outside.
I butchered them in the shop. Cut off the breasts and drumsticks. We marinated each breast differently and cooked them for thanksgiving.
Thanksgiving turkeys got a little to big on me this year.
