Thumb of Michigan | We use our local CPA to handle payroll, while using QB for the remaining accounting for business that I'm a part owner of. We also use a different company's POS system for the store/business sales that reconciles into QB accounting daily (done by our bookkeeper/employee).
CPA firm sends total payroll numbers to our bookkeeper at store that inputs those numbers into QB, if that makes sense. | |
