Interesting i have seen calves in heart failure without the swollen brisket on occasion but hard to say thats a definitive answer. Ive also seen mycoplasma wenyonnii cause swolllen legs and that was my initial thought but usuually back legs are also affected, so probably not that either. could just be a bad cellulitis from a clostridial or something.
