Quite an array of responses to the OP.
Friend has land on both sides of Airdrie AB. Hair north of Calgary. Busiest little town you ever seen. Traffic nightmare 24/7. They will absolutely not drive combines through town to other property. Hire a company to deck it. Sure they can drive all around it but same small roads and traffic.
