I'd say whoever was over the yellow line was at fault. Of course there is probably room on bith sides to have done things "better".


There are very few roads around here that you’re not over the line with equipment. It’s impossible with low hanging lines, steep ditches, and mailboxes. I have a 5130 on 900s now and have been side swiped 2x in the past 5 years, I’m dreading upgrading combines unless I can find one on tracks.


Most combines going down the road here would cover most of both lanes. Depends how wide the shoulder is if they can get near the center line or not. Over the center line is kind of a given?
