Jeez thats terrible , maybe he was going around that mailbox when he hit the car , if that was the case the tire be over the yellow line, also road looks narrow maybe not much of a shoulder. You know some of these combines are pushing the limits on the width and even the wider roads have one tire over the yellow line. either way not good.
