My wife has moved in with her parents, her dad is in stage 5 kidney failure, her mom, nothing serious medically , but she has given up on living.
We bought their house ~10 years ago anticipating this day, they built a new smaller house about 200 yards away.

Once her dad dies, we will move mom in with us.
