I'd probably try to make a vertical mixer work next time the mixer needs replaced before buying a dedicated tub grinder, i doubt you can get one of those flail type processors to process it fine enough. My teagle gets it decently short if you can get one of them on a demo, i don't think it has the same throughput as a hay buster though
