My wife is bigger on the Ivermectin than I am. And I take it any time I get a tick bite or feel like I am coming down with a cold.
I don't think there is any medicine that doesn't have some sort of side effects. It is mostly a balance of getting more benefits than harm. Even the things like over the counter pain pills are coming under more scrutiny about the damage they can potentially do and I used to take 12 pills a day back when I had back problems. That and decongestant antihistamine about 6-9 months out of the year. Haven't had over about a half dozen pills of either in the last 6 years.
Glad you're finding some relief. Getting old ain't for sissies.
