IDK about Nebraska, but it may be similar to Iowa in that Iowa has Area Agency on Ageing offices spread out across the state. Info on contacting them is thru the official Iowa.gov website. Hopefully, your state has something similar or better. It's a rugged row to hoe when you're feeling the years yourself and have the mental, emotional, and physical stress of caring for parents who have another 20+ years on you. They may see their own health improve significantly when at least part of the load of the older generation is lifted from their shoulders. Good luck, and please keep us posted on this.
