How much does a small house rent for in Texas? He said $1250 including utilities. It would be nothing in Illinois to have a $100 month plus electric bill and taxes around $4000 for a 200k house in Illinois. Just curious what a comparable home in Texas would be.
I figure $350 month for utilities, ,includes , electricity, water and propane.
