No idea.
But the fee is just the “fixed part” of the risk management.
If they get heavy in risk management with options strategies, you can tie up a significant part of your working capital in “tight cash flow” windows….. and, that can really mess /mess up anyone especially after 2-3 tight years. Your banker has to be on board and understand the risk management they’re doing - because $20-40k draws tend to add up.
Just don’t do Cargill’s non-pro pricing…… |
