Western Ontario | Well Australia is about 100 times more politically stable than Brazil(and it has its problems too) but if you think there is good productive crop or beef producing ground in the arable part that is cheap I think you would find you are mistaken, maybe the northern brush country but we’re talking extremely large stations with hundreds of thousands of acres and thousands of cattle that all need to be eared and you better get your pilots license too.
Maybe Argentina, but I’m not sure that country is on 100% stable footing yet either politically, maybe Poland.New Zealand has a great year round climate but nothing cheap there either.
Edit to add; Canada shares many of Australia’s same political challenges.
