Subject: RE: Calories - a consequence of obesity, not a cause

Westport, IN
This is true for the genetic sequence that makes up me. I have dropped thousands of calories a day and attempt to lose weight and made very little if any difference. Cutting carbs cause the way to just fall off. Quite contrary to everything I was ever taught about nutrition. I'm still probably what most would consider obese by on paper but I but I'm 80 lb lighter than my heaviest point. Best of all I don't feel obese anymore I can easily touch my toes and aches and pains are mostly gone.
