NW Iowa | I agree with you, anything under 38% placements means no rebuilding.
We are at 37%.
I couldn't find a chart later than aug1 on box beef.
But it's not sitting around at current prices...
Simply put we can't import our way into low prices.
Less cows getting killed, because there is less of them...
We were killing them at blistering pace.
I'm hoping to snag some bred heifers down in this low.
