E ND | You're thinking something along the lines of the 2-point bale processors with the castor wheels out back but to handle silage. Maybe a worn-out bale processor? If you're handy with the welder and want to keep this low-budget, modifying a Kelly Ryan from drawbar to 2-point and welding on a pair of castor wheels to the back would probably be doable.
