A simple two wheel cart with a hopper and a short conveyor works well in tight yards because you can back it into place and feed as you creep along. A three point version also works if you want it compact, you just need enough lift to handle the weight of several buckets of silage. Keeping the conveyor low and angled makes it easy to drop the feed right in the bunks without making a mess.
