I made some in August from pork loin we got reasonably. I followed a Youtube recipe from Duncan Henry called candy pork bites and also some teriyaki pork bites from some combined recipes. They both tasted great but unfortunately I was drying them in the oven and didn't get back to pull them out before getting too dry. I have since bought a new dehydrator with digital temp and a timer. That worked perfect for some beef Bloody Mary jerky slices and beef Bourbon bites
