That’s a very weak response is that all u got. It equates to nothing. How about some facts.
Which facts do you want? There are hundreds of thousands of acres in the west that landowners would gladly put “renewables” on so they could get some revenue, but it’s not as simple as just deciding to participate. You might be able to throw a few solar panels up and pretend it makes a difference, but any project with enough scale to matter is going to require the willing participation of an energy company, authorization from power transmission controlling authorities, local, state, and federal government approvals, and about 200 other permits and approvals. Then you just hope not to get sued by some other parties, tribes, or organizations to stop the project.
Your “just get some renewables to save your farm” attitude is patronizing nonsense. It’s not that simple, Marie.
