| The amount of land and money I have, vs the amount of land and money they have, is infintesimal. They're the largest landowner in my county. What we're dealing with now is large institutional landowners that basically roll rent every year into more land. Depending on prices and etc sometimes they buy more and sometimes they buy less. But they're always there. There's maybe 3 or 4 of these. | |
