You aren't wrong.

But when Amarillo cuts to a single shift and Lex gets shuttered

It allows the industry much more ability to slow chain speed and influence what's left of the cash market.

Not a good thing in any way shape or form.

If the current unit could be sold for a smaller plant it would put local feeders in. A little better position. Obviously will never happen.

They broke up Carnegie, AT and T and others. National packer structure needs examined. Truthfully its a national food security issue.
