They (7460's and round balers) are being shipped overseas. That is holding prices of them up. Y'all know what that means. We are losing market share as other countries are ramping up production. We can't compete.
One thing about this , all the pickers sold around us in the last few years were over a million , over a million, there are many of those that these growers owe in the neighborhood of 800 grand on and you’re right the export market is about all there is ,and that’s not gonna pay anywhere the figures these growers owe on those couple year old pickers ,can’t get a dealer here to even entertain putting money in a used picker to trade for combine ,it’s about to hit the fan |
