North Central Indiana | I would definitely disagree with that. I’ve seen beautiful and modern farms with large facilities and nice amenities in fringe-y areas. Come drive through my local area, you won’t find new massive shops and fancy grain facilities littering the countryside. And if you beat the piss out of your equipment that’s 100% an attitude and mindset thing. My favorite farm sales are smaller older guys with nice one owner equipment in lower yield areas.
