nc ks | charts are historical facts. They tell us with little certainty what the future will be. About the same certainty as a gut feeling. All of the amazing chart revelations are only seen after the fact. They are just guesses for the future.
If charts had the ability to 'beat the house' the house would have somehow made them illegal the same way casinos stop players with methods of beating the house.
