Cons, find yourself in court trying not to lose everything you’ve worked for all your life.
Honestly the whole lawsuit thing sucks. We get eaten alive by deer damage, people ask to hunt and we tell them no because we don't want the liability that would go along with that. It's a no win situation and somehow when you tell people no you're the "bad guy" because you don't want to risk it.
