I’ve used one for years because I have a bad back. It feels so good to climb into a warm bed at night. I think it helps relax the muscles so I sleep better. I sometimes forget to turn it down so wake up hot but most nights I have it set on 4 or 5 all night long. Highly recommend one!
Electric mattress pad?
