You don't say what your cash rent is. But regardless crop insurance is a bandaid at best, not a farm saver.
By my math you wd gross around $650/acre with 120 bushel.corn and.i don't think that's anything too lucrativ with cash rent, family living, crop inputs, cash rent, and a bunch of other stuff. Curious how you arrived at the $650 gross number. That’s $5.41 bu. Do you have that much positive basis? |
