NW Wisconsin
You need to look at different heating systems. We have a 100 year old 4 square farm house with 9 foot ceilings, new windows, oil burner with hot water heat- the old radiators. Our electric bill is less than 1/2 of yours with 3 rooms added on with electric baseboards and a mini split for AC. We use about 400 gallons of heating oil all year.
