Current cotton prices are very, very poor.
Brazil can make more money on corn and soybeans than cotton so why would a Brazilian farmer bother with cotton?
India is about due for typhoon or something to screw up their crop.
I’m also optimistic that the govt will put a “size” limit for all these Lulemon spandex outfits that everyone wears which will shift demand back to natural fibers. (Maybe a “hope” part of marketing) | |
