Has anyone looked at prices of crops compared to gold/silver?  I think they are so cheap & maybe the lowest prices ever.  A ounce of gold is worth almost 1000 bu corn, 800 bu wheat, 400 bu beans, 1300 pound steer, 100 ton sugar beets, 1300 gallons gas/diesel

Irrelevant to what happens in grains and oilsees...include proteins also

We all are kinda selfish wishing for the commodities we produce to be the high priced ones. There has to be a balance between all sectors...

Just an observation , most farms cannot justify buying or renting land at todays prices hoping on a good crop and high rent...Same today for livestock, building costs have got crazy...Going to be another wave of consolidation
