Alot of farms my area in same boat , this year was average at best and last 2 years have terrible with soybean averages in the teens and corn well below 150 . I also am tired of the pick up and vacation home comments.Not everyone grows 75 bushel beans and 250 corn on average . This post wont go over well so go ahead and fire away
I don't know if you are understanding that many of us that are joking about new pickups and lake houses don't have those either and have no plans of having those. Times haven't been great but in some areas times have really never been great so we make fun of those where having a good crop is normal and they are screaming the loudest about life not being perfect. Kind of spoiled type whining. Hope the guys struggling get it worked out, but it is so hard these days to define what stuggling is. Most all Americans are spoiled and some more than others. |
