Oh my experience tells me that nothing good will come of that.
Buying time is the only thing that lenders can do but what asset did you have to pledge to get that done???
Did you actually correct the issue? 90% don't and this just kicks the can down the road. maybe the Chinese will come back and/or some area your not in has a horrible crop and prices go up.
