Subject: RE: Sleeping problems

Western Oregon
Wife has had Fibro for 45 years, restless leg Syndrome for 30 yrs and IBS for 10 years now, caused from all the prescribed meds. She was having to take 12 Gabapentin (sp) 3 pills - 4 times a day + 8 other prescribed meds. She now takes only a high blood pressure pill in the morning and 1 gummy before bed. Her new Osteopathic Dr prescribed it, has no THC and it has been a life saver for her. She also has a massage therapist come to the house once a week, the therapist does light chiropractic manipulation to neck and back with heat therapy and massage with essential oils to her back and hips. Sweetie is doing so much better, more like 30 years ago. She can actually walk to the mail box and back (about a mile) every day. She doesn't have the brain fog from all the meds. The good part is she now realizes when a spell is coming on and can keep ahead of her IBS. With Fibro, she was always tired, good sleep really helps, she does still takes a 2 hr nap everyday. We live in a new cabin off grid and built a craft/she/he shed with a small bed, recliner and craft space with a small vented propane fireplace that keeps a constant temp, set to her needs, no fan, no noise, dry heat. We put the same heat in the new cabin last fall. Old cabin was wood heat and the temps and humidity fluctuated....James
