ND | I had a pulled groin back in HS football days, hard to heal, but it did. Easy to reinjure when worked too hard or strained.
Edit to add: You should go in to somebody. I went to a massage therapist this summer, and they work on a lot of athletes for muscle strains and issues. Both HS and college athletes. A physcial therapist may be very useful also. Chiropractors treat more bone related, allignment, back issues, etc.
