Coup I respect your opinion but even if land and equipment go down 50% the person not involved in AG still can’t get in.
Let’s say today a guy has 50% equity in 2k acres at 9k an acre with 3 M of paid for equipment with a net worth of 12 M and thst drops to half whst person out here saving up !00k will still be able to compete with that?
